Description: This course will explore what mindfulness is, and how you can bring more moments of calm and focus into your daily routine. You will get to practice and learn various meditation techniques, some gentle stretching and more. The class is suitable for all levels of physical capabilities, and is perfect for either beginners or the more seasoned of meditators. 


This is indeed a fun and relaxed way to ease yourself into meditation. Please, join us!
